Luchenga Consulting is an emerging dynamic Zambian owned client focused professional training and coaching organization with a diverse cadre of professional heavyweights and think tanks. Luchenga Consulting is setting the agenda and correcting the imbalance in skills development at all levels of the corporate environment both in the private and public sectors, with a view to producing managers and leaders that influence institutional policy. We are a premier short term training, business consulting and advisory firm, serving clients throughout Africa and internationally.

Service 2

Luchenga Consulting, together with meriting youth development, provides learnerships for disabled learners. Meriting youth development makes learnerships for people living with disabilities (PWD) a smooth process, accommodating a full house skills development solution. Our 12month organized work-based learnership is aligned with clients who want to sponsor PWD learnerships but who are unable to accommodate PWDs in their own work place. With a combination of theory and experimental learning, our learnerships are structured to allow our PWD learners to succeed in the word of work.

We assist clients to improve and organize financial records, accurate tax reporting, improved tax reporting, improved cash flow management and better decision making, ultimately leading to improved financial health and growth opportunities.
